36: STACEY HOLLANDS: Starting and building the Lust Mineral Make-up Brand in the e-commerce space

This episode we have Stacey Hollands owner of Lust Minerals a natural beauty product company which launched in 2014 and has now grown to have 6 employees and over 220k+ ig followers, and this last financial having a staggering 438% GROWTH on the previous year. All while having a toddler, pregnancy/birth and newborn!

After many years of researching the effects of chemicals, fillers, parabens and dyes in everyday products that we all apply to our skin daily, it became apparent that a lot of us just aren’t aware of the side effects and 4-5 years ago purchasing chemical free skin care or makeup cost the earth and not many people could justify their money on these sorts of products. Their original strategy was to only sell through stockists as they had the customer base but they slowly realized that most retailers didn't have the same drive as us to promote the product, it was just another thing on their shelf.
